Very good. Service was outstanding. Breakfast was swell. You'll like the food, the price, and the service. Well done, Denny's!
Slow service. Food was solid, but I went with a group and oddly enough the waiter got half our orders, left, then never returned for the other half. We got served our food before they could order. And that's not to say we got served any quicker than usual.
My waiter was Fabian he was very polite however, he was very busy and it would seem that the manager could have assisted a great deal more than she did. You could hear her barking orders and counseling Fabian in front of guests poor management there. It would've been nice to see her ask to get drinks for customers come around and help refill drinks and check in with tables full well knowing he was busy... there was a Cardinals game and a hockey game of course it's going to get busy. Step up management you're not to high on the pole that you can't help out....
It's a great restaurant however they are looking for more help. If they are super busy they girls bust there buts to make it work. We go at least one to.two times a week. The servers are aAmazing!!! Food good. Very family restaurant cost factot6
We appreciate people working on Christmas, but management should make sure they have product to meet the demand or not try to sell the dishes if they don't. We ordered "Supreme Skillet" that was supposed to have Grilled sausage, fresh spinach, fire-roasted bell peppers & onions, mushrooms, grape tomatoes and seasoned red-skinned potatoes. Topped with Cheddar cheese and two eggs. All it had was fried potatoes, 3 small pieces of sausage and eggs. When we complained they brought us a link sausage. Collinsville Denny's is "independently owned", not a corporate restaurant.
