The staff was excellent at helping me to remain calm, and the dentist is so gentle and skilled at what he does, that I didn't even feel the shots. I've had wisdom tooth extractions in the past, but this was my first time having dental work done and they did impeccable work while handling me with care. They're very good with high anxiety patients I can't express my gratitude enough!

MOST places ARE QUICK TO PULL IT.H'ELL DO WHATEVER IT TAKE TO SAVE IT.AND LETS NOT FORGET THAT TEAM THATS STANDING BEHIND HIM! EXCELLENT STAFF. APPOINTMENTS ARE QUICK, THE BUSINESS OPEN EARLY, CLOSE LATE ON SOME DAYS. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR.

The lady that answered the phone was the rudest person I've ever spoken with. Her tone was quite unpleasant. She insisted that I tell her who cleaned my daughters teeth in the last 7 months since they had seen her to figure out if insurance would pay. I assured her that my daughters teeth where cleaned by someone but not in an office and no insurance was filed. In fact no insurance information was given. I said ma'am I would just like to make an appointment please. She refused. I asked for her name several times and she ignored me each time. After the 3rd time I asked for her manager's name...twice. She ignored that as will. She refused to make the appointment and said she would have to check the insurance I said yes please do. She told me to hold on then hung up on me. I called back. She answered the phone with "Dr. Maier's office, can you hold please. Then she hung up on me, again. The next day I made a complaint with my insurance company. They apologized and said that she shouldn't have asked me those questions and that they have to verify that information with the insurance company not the patient. After the complaint was filed the insurance company advised me to go to the office and speak with the office manager. I went to the office and was told that the office manager doesn't really work in the office. I was told she's in and out and they don't know when she will come in. My name and number was taken and I was told "she will call you when she calls you." I asked if I could wait for the dentist and was told "no, he doesn't talk to anyone that's the office managers job".
