My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bukovac for probably 10 years or so. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff.
When I was being seen as a patient here my experience was absolutely horrible. 1st they do not have proper phone etiquette, 2nd they discuss patient information in the lobby for other patients to hear. Lastly the way they treated me was very disrespectful, the doctor talked down to me. When i asked about my bill for payment the lady at the window acted as if she did not want to take my money because the color of my skin, i tried to hand her my money she said to lay it on the counter. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place is a damn nightmare.
If I could give 0 stars I would but his staff has a very nasty disposition dont waste your time or money.
I have been going to John since his office opened in Collinsville. I have only good things to say because John has always been considerate and gentle. I had poor dental habits when I was young and John has been able to keep all my teeth except for one. His staff is courteous and makes me feel at ease in the chair. As long as there are teeth in my mouth I will go to John. TomG
