I purchased flowers for a friend. Beautiful store. People very friendly and very helpful. The floral arrangement purchase was for out of state delivery, so it was a wire transfer. They told me that the company that they picked out to do the floral design does a wonderful job and they had never had any complaints. They were right. That company took very good care of me and my friend was just shocked how beautiful the arrangement was. If I need to order anything again I will return to the florist in Collinsville.
Tried to order flowerr for same day delivery. Was told our deliveries were out for the day. It was 10:15 am in the morning. It's unfortunate this business is willing to turn down business. So glad they don't need any NEW customers that may use their services frequently. Went with another local florist that was Happy to accommodate.
